Collaborated with leadership to redefine Mamre Heating & Cooling as a commercial HVAC contractor in order to position the company to target larger construction projects and new commercial clients. Identified, contracted and managed external expert team to develop new brand identity and website.

Conducted assessment of project management, field and financial operations to identify areas of improvements that would allow the company to take on a greater amount of projects and deliver quality output. As a result of this assessment, identified the adoption of a project and field management software, and business intelligence reporting to track project productivity and profitability as the two primary areas of focus.

Defined internal service level agreements and designed workflows to facilitate the adoption of the software program by project managers, assistant project managers and foremen across the company. This implementation facilitated accountability at the individual level by identifying and tracking domain-specific responsibilities and deliverables.

As a follow up to the situational assessment, identified and implemented a construction management software solution to manage milestones, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, 4 week look-aheads, and daily reports, paving the way for tracking project profitability.

Developed and led training to adoption of software programs company-wide.
